Carlota at South Beach 2017

The project entails the historical renovation of two adjacent residential properties located in Miami Beach. A 1920’s single family home designed in spanish style and a 1950’s multifamily residence designed in Miami Modern style are completely renovated. The design, that must be approved by the Historic Preservation Board, will enhance each building’s appearance and functionality transforming them into appealing contemporary residences.
