Lusic Residence 2012

The Miami Beach Residence is a residence for an European family living in Miami. Positioned in a tight standard size lot (7,500sf), and separated from the sea by Harbor Drive, the three storey house has a frontal view of the intra-coastal waterway. The organization responds to the desire of maximizing water views, natural light and vegetation. Blurring the distinction between indoors and outdoors, the house incorporates a front-porch as an extension of the public areas, which can be joined to the living room by sliding a large glass façade out of the way. The second floor has the bedrooms and the last floor has a roof terrace, barbeque and Jacuzzi prepared for large entertaining.
